Inc. (OTC BB:NMKTE.OB - News) today announced signing an agreement to
provide Infor ERP Baan customization and maintenance services for
Phoenix Contact (www.phoenixcontact.com).
Phoenix is an eighty-year-old global company based in Germany. They
specialize in the development and manufacture of electric components
and system solutions for industrial applications. Phoenix maintains
forty subsidiary companies, with an additional thirty remote offices
around the world. In support of Phoenix's growth in the Brazilian
market, NewMarket's Brazilian subsidiary, UniOne, will provide
customization and maintenance services for Phoenix Contact's
operations based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Infor ERP Baan is an advanced
ERP solution that supports the complex manufacturing requirements of a
variety of industries to include electronics.
