NewMarket Technology, Inc. Consolidates Tech Operations With $70
Million in Combined Revenue and Announces Bruce Noller as President of
Managed Services

DALLAS, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 9, 2008 -- NewMarket Technology,
Inc. (OTC BB:NMKT.OB - News) conducted a Webcast this morning before
the market open to announce a corporate and management realignment to
support an overall repositioning of the Company in the marketplace.
The Company CEO, Philip Verges, announced a consolidation of
NewMarket's global tech service operations. Bruce Noller will lead the
consolidated operation as the President of NewMarket Managed Services.
Bruce Noller has more than 25 years of financial, operational and
marketing experience. Before founding his own firm in 1994, Mr. Noller
served as vice president for Integrated Control Systems, a worldwide
management consulting firm. During that time, Mr. Noller initiated and
oversaw engagements with companies in a variety of industries
including healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, retail, banking,
insurance, mining and telecommunications. He also has extensive
international management background with operational experience in
Singapore, Malaysia, China, Canada, Latin America and Europe.
The operations consolidated under NewMarket Managed Services
account for approximately $70 million in annual revenue. NewMarket
reported $93.1 million in overall revenue in 2007 with $7.3 million in
net income. The additional, approximately $23 million in revenue was
derived through the Company's ongoing development of new technologies.
